the artist i love most is keiko ajito, a children's picture book illustrator born in 1943年. i dream of collecting all her books. her drawings mean everything to me. as a pastime, i try to detail her life and compile her works from japanese to english.

my favorite film genres are asian coming-of-age and slice-of-life from the 2000s to 2010s.my favorite directors are hideaki anno and shunji iwai.the films that mean everything to me are shikijitsu (2000), pikunikku (1996), love and pop (1998), and one million yen girl (2008). swing girls (2004) is my silly favorite.
